We have an accepted offer on18 out of 30 units on this condo deal by the name of Brownsboro Terrace Condominiums (since its more than half, we will have control over the Complex's HOA).  We are looking to raise 550k for an 85/15 split, meaning the investors would get 85% of the deal and we would get 15% of the deal for managing the asset. This is in an A location in Louisville KY, and our targeted ROI (Return on investment) is 19.8%!!!
